In times of unrest, instability and chaos, this space has been born out of a shared desire to join hands, hearts and resources.
A space of community and connection, Betty, Emily and Maxime will be guiding you to return home through your breath and your body, wherever you find yourself on your journey.

Betty Lewis-Griffiths
CEREMONIALIST, BREATH COACH, GRIEF TENDER & REWILDING GUIDE.
Betty guides wild-hearted humans back to their wisdom within so they can embody their truest expression.
Living each day in devotion to the land, the spirit of nature and coming back to presence, Betty teaches others to rediscover what makes them feel alive, through circles, powerful breath ceremonies, grief tending, rewilding and working with nature and the elements.
She sees life as a ceremony, making everyday life sacred, with the smallest touches to bring us into presence, gratitude and joy.
A deep apprenticeship with grief has deepened her understanding of life, death & everything in between.
Betty’s intention for The Spiral is to guide you home to a space of deep listening, remembrance and nourishment. Through embracing each breath, each death & clearing the path for rebirth, Betty weaves spaces that welcome both joy and grief.

Emily May Graves
YOGA, MINDFULNESS & NATURE CONNECTION GUIDE
Emily’s work is rooted in the simple yet profound practice of listening — to the body, to the breath, to the earth, to all that is. She teaches presence as a way of meeting ourselves fully, exactly where we are: with curiosity, acceptance and compassion as we ebb and flow through the seasons and cycles of our lives.
Through yoga, somatics, mindfulness, energy clearing, and nature connection, Emily creates spaces to listen, and to cleanse and clear the the path to all that may be blocking us, or that we are holding on to.
Her purpose is to help us remember our innate wisdom — not by striving or changing, but by dropping in and being present with ourselves, by holding ourselves and each other in unconditional love.

Maxime Longden
BODY WISDOM COACH & NATURE CONNECTION GUIDE
As systems that Maxime relied on crumbled from the outside, she learnt to connect to her own inner wisdom and guidance.
She works by listening directly to what is present in the body; a magical process that allows us to transform. Through holding space, Maxime guides you towards letting go of past patterning and freeing yourself up to express more of your own essential nature.
Growing up amongst wildlife in the African sand and having lived in Britain for most of her adult life, Maxime experienced a profound reconnection at a Nature Facilitation training. She remembered how nourishing it is to feel at home with plants and trees - and with other humans, guiding her deeper into this work.
Maxime’s intention for The Spiral is to remind you to trust in the wisdom held within your own body, in our shared nature and in every living thing around you.

This container is not designed to add more to your plate. We’re coming together to support you to let go so you can let more of you in. To feel held, seen and heard so you can drop the past versions of you and embody your truth.
These practices are here to free you up. This is not a journey to ‘become’ anything else or be better. If anything, it is a guided un-becoming. These tools are here to give you more capacity, more resilience and more awareness. All sessions - with the exception of the sacred breath ceremonies - will be recorded. We invite you to attend as many live sessions as possible, to get the most from this container.
