Winter Solstice Ceremony
The Yoga Garden, Knepp Estate

As the darkest day of the year arrives, we gather in sacred circle to honour the closing of Autumn, the passing of the Year of the Snake, and to welcome the tender spark of returning light.

Join us on Sunday 21st December as we move, breathe, soften and surrender together. This ceremony is an invitation to pause, reflect and receive… a moment between seasons where the earth is quiet and we have the space to hear our inner wisdom speak. We celebrate the turning of the wheel with gratitude, connection and warmth - preparing our hearts for a new season, a new chapter, and the rising energy of the Year of the Horse.

When: Sunday 21st December, 11:30–2.30pm. Lunch included to gently close our time together.
Guided by: Betty Lewis-Griffiths, Emily May & Maxime Longden.

What to Expect:

  • A held, heartfelt space - calm, connected, abundant and alive with Solstice magic.

  • Movement, breathwork, guided visualisation and sound to soften the body and awaken the spirit.

  • Sacred time to journal, supported by prompts that guide you back to your own wisdom.

  • A celebratory sharing and singing circle to call in light, joy and community.

  • An invitation to make an offering to our altar of intention - something that speaks to winter’s energy: a herb or cutting, a photo, a candle or crystal, a piece of jewellery, or any item that holds meaning for you.

  • Nature Connection as we cosy around the log burner in the Yurt in The Yoga Garden, in the heart of Knepp Estate.

Exchange: £33 including a tasty Dahl lunch. Spaces are limited, so please book via the link below to secure your space in the sacred circle.

“I have been going to Betty’s women’s circles all year because it’s an incredibly safe space and attracts just the most amazing women, thanks to Betty’s lovely, nurturing way of holding such a sacred space.”

“Every circle is so well themed with the right mix of prompts and tools, plus time to share. It always feels comfortable and relaxed. And her guided meditations are literally out of this world. I’m so incredibly lucky to have her in my sisterhood and in my life.”
