A sacred space for you to reconnect with your wisdom within.

When we make space to come back to ourselves, we adventure within and discover our own medicine, our own magic. With so much external noise, it’s easy to get distracted and to incessantly seek for things outside of us. But you know what? When we quieten down that noise, we can hear the wisdom within. It’s there waiting for us.

I have created a beautiful and sacred space for us to slowly unwind into ourselves and reconnect with nature. We’ll gather in a small group on land very special to me, 25 mins outside of Brighton. Here we will remember who we are and rediscover our wisdom.

Why now? Because the world is noisy and by taking this time to adventure within, we can find space, clarity and wisdom.

Why this? Because we are nature, and when you wander deep into it at any time throughout the year, you’ll notice things happening. Shedding, growth, death, rebirth, transformation. Just like us.

I will guide you on a journey of remembering, reawakening, and reclaiming your wild essence, to help you live each day as your truest self. We will relearn the beauty of presence, living in the moment and how bringing ritual into our lives on the daily, makes it one big beautiful Ceremony.

I’ll be guiding you back to yourself and your own knowing, through:

✨Opening circle with ceremonial cacao to open our hearts
✨A guided breathwork journey, using the conscious connected breath
✨A sound journey/ meditation to rebalance your body, raise your vibration, clear energy blockages and support you to get clear of what needs to be released
✨Guided exercises in nature to help us adventure within
✨Movement and meditation to support your reconnection with your inner wisdom and knowing
✨Journal prompts to support your unwinding and rediscovery 
✨Nourishing lunch and snacks 
✨A safe and sacred space to connect with yourself and other like minded and wild-hearted souls
✨ Surrounded by beautiful nature

• 9.30am arrival

• 9.45am opening circle and cacao

• 12.30pm lunch

• 3.45pm Closing circle

• 4.15pm depart

Investment: Full-day gathering for just £111
(Two-part payment plan available on request). This covers all the practices, food, refreshments and ceremonial cacao. Travel to the location not included. Parking is available on site.
Something that is really important to me is accessibility. The more events I do, the more I will be able to support those on no/low income. For this gathering I have 2 spaces available at £88 for no/low income - please contact me directly before booking.
